    Introduction to Design Thinking

    This course provides an overview of the methods and processes involved in design thinking.

    Understanding End Users Through Research

    Learn about the practice of user-centered research and its connection to design thinking. In this course, you learn how to recruit and coordinate participants, plan and set up research materials, and conduct research.

    Generating New Design Opportunities

    In this course, you learn to use your research to develop recommendations that reveal new opportunities and areas for innovation.

    Design for Non-Designers

    This course focuses on helping students without any prior visual design skills develop and validate designs through user testing.

    Design Thinking: Practice Workshop

    This hands-on workshop gives students an opportunity to implement the skills they have learned, discussed, and practiced in the previous courses to address a real business challenge. Students also work on their first project, which can be included in their portfolios.
