Profile
As a poet and educator, I’m interested in the ways in which poetry (and all the arts) help us to describe and define the world we live in, that is, to think about what it means to be a writer in this society. I want for my students what I want for myself: to read and to make work that is challenging, provocative, funny, sad, strange, beautiful.
