This visual presentation highlights critical considerations of movements, issues, and theoretical positions in the history of 19th and 20th-century design. Created by students and faculty in the courses A History of Graphic Design and History of Design: 1850–2000 in the School of Art and Design History and Theory, it showcases students’ interpretations and applications of key principles in their own design thinking. The presentation is on view for six days during the festival. This event is part of the Parsons Festival 2011.
