Gretchen Harnick, assistant professor at the School of Fashion, and her research assistants, Erik Freer and Elena Jaramillo, present their year’s work in an interactive open house setting. The three have explored the growing use of social media tools in the fashion industry and uncovered best practices along the way. Stop by to get tips on using Twitter, see results from the School of Fashion’s fall 2010 social media survey, discuss the team’s best practices case, and find out about the influences shaping fashion marketing today.
