A panel discussion on a spring 2011 course project involving students and professors in the Design and Management program and GROW NYC, a New-York-based nonprofit. Students were asked to create a campaign communicating the importance of reducing plastic bag use at New York City green markets using data visualizations and information graphic storytelling. Participants shared their ideas and creative process on a competitive and collaborative online platform, www.jovoto.com. The panel highlights the GROW NYC-Jovoto-Parsons project and initiates a discussion of innovative curriculum ideas and cross-course section learning initiatives. This event is a part of the Parsons Festival 2011.
