Part-time Assistant Professor
2D/3D Digital Artist, Educator. She now teaches studio and elective courses in the area of motion graphics for the BFA/MFA Design + Technology and Communication Design departments at the Parsons The New School for Design. Classically trained as a graphic designer, she ran her own design studio in Ithaca, NY, for several years before moving to San Francisco where she was indoctrinated into the subculture of experimental video artists. She spent time at Nickelodeon and MTV prior to coming to Parsons. She served two years as artist-in-residence at Cornell University, designed and built an artists' retreat in Paris, Tennessee, and is an accomplished potter, having thrown clay for over twenty years. Clients include: Discovery Channel, Edelman Productions, CBS, PBS, Viva Music Channel (Germany), National Geographic, IBM, Anatomical Travelogue, MTV, Nickelodeon, Curious Pictures.
