• The 72 Fifth Avenue building is currently closed due to COVID-19, so physical voter registration forms are not available. We encourage students in any state to register online using Vote411 and students in NYC to register using the NYC Board of Elections website. In all states, you can request a ballot by mail using VoteEarlyDay. Many polling locations have changed due to COVID-19. Verify or find your polling location. You can also find out whether your state requires ID to vote.

Welcome to your one-stop resource for voter registration and information at The New School. This guide will assist you in registering to vote in New York State or your state of residency. Please consult the links below for information about registration, voting, electoral issues, and volunteering on campus.
