We encourage all degree-seeking students to get involved on campus by joining Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) or by starting one of their own. It is a rewarding experience that allows students not only to build leadership skills but also to establish
lasting friendships. Our current roster of organizations includes groups of pre-professional and academic interest; political action and advocacy; international interest; art, music, and performance; social and special interest; and faith-based, religious,
and spiritual interest.
For a list of student organizations, visit NarwhalNation, our one-stop shop for university-wide student
activities and involvement.
The New School for Social Research also has a dedicated list of student activities for master's and doctoral students.
More information about Registered Student Organizations is available in the 2022-23 RSO Policy. For questions about student organizations, please email [email protected].
