Contact the Admission Office

We’re here to make the application process as easy as possible. We’re available to answer your questions in person, by phone or email, or at any one of our admission events.

Admission Services

The Welcome Center, located at 2 West 13th Street (at Fifth Avenue), is your first stop for all in-person admission services.

Throughout the fall semester, our in-person offerings will be limited to pre-scheduled admission counseling appointments and single-family campus tours. Only those with appointments will be able to tour campus or meet with admission staff. Those without appointments will not be able to enter the Welcome Center. All visitors must wear a mask in all university buildings and indoor spaces for the duration of their visit.

Meanwhile, we are committed to keeping you virtually connected with our admissions team and online events at The New School. Drop in and speak with a Welcome Center student assistant at our Welcome Center Virtual Desk. Virtual Desk hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. EST. No appointment is necessary.
