Building Hours

Fall semester building hours are in effect from Monday, August 14, to Sunday, December 17, 2023.

The entire campus will be closed during the following times:

• Labor Day weekend—Saturday, September 2–Monday, September 4
• Thanksgiving break—All buildings will close at 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 22, and will be closed Thursday, November 23–Sunday, November 26

The following buildings will be open 24–7 from Monday, November 27, to Sunday, December 17, 2023 (buildings will close at regularly scheduled times on December 17):

• 2 West 13th Street/66 Fifth Avenue
• 39 West 13th Street
• 25 East 13th Street
• 55 West 13th Street
• 6 East 16th Street
• 63 Fifth Avenue (University Center)

Winter session building hours are in effect from Monday, December 18, 2023, to Sunday, January 21, 2024.

Our buildings will be closed for the following days:

Winter break—Saturday, December 23–Monday, January 1

Martin Luther King Day—Monday, January 15

Requests for access to buildings outside of this schedule should be submitted through Netfacilities.

Our buildings will be closed for Presidents' Day, Monday, February 19, 2024

All buildings will be open with their normally posted hours during spring break, which begins on Monday, March 11, and ends on Sunday, March 17, 2024.

The following buildings will be open 24–7 from Monday, April 29, to Friday, May 17, 2024:
