      Reem Abdou

      Reem is a Yoga Alliance 200-hour certified Power Vinyasa and meditation teacher. She is also an alum of Lang College, and knows intimately what it is to work and study in a city so riled up – yoga and meditation helped her keep her sanity and fed her constant inspiration, strength, healing, and joy. Her intensive studies have spanned across yogic philosophy, health and wellness, anatomy and kinesiology, and mind-body centering.

      Natasha Cucullo

      Natasha Cucullo

      Natasha is a recent graduate of Wesleyan University. As a diver and competitive soccer player since the age of 10, Natasha was exposed to Pilates as a means of cross-training. Pilates became a huge part of her life while at school and she became a certified Pilates instructor for the student-run Wesleyan Body and Mind fitness group. Natasha is eager to continue teaching students at the college level, inspiring others to improve their bodies through health and wellness, regardless of experience.

      Nicole has taught in gyms, studios and at corporate locations across the country. Spreading her love of movement and fitness along the way. She feels like she can relate to her students who may feel intimated or unsure about doing Pilates because of not having an athletic background. She truly believes it's better late than never and that Pilates is for everyone.

      Brent Shultz

      Brent Shultz

      Brent fell in love with fitness in college where he studied weight-training, yoga, running conditioning. He received his Yoga Teacher Certification from YogaWorks in Los Angeles. After moving to New York, he received his MFA from The New School for Drama where he studied Alexander Technique and other body forms. He has taught kickboxing fitness, fight choreography, and also teaches at TrampoLean here in the city.

      Shannon Stowe

      Shannon Stowe

      Shannon is a New School graduate has been teaching dance for Athletics and Recreation since the program began in 2009. Prior to that, she taught dance based fitness classes for ten years in California. She is also an AFAA certified group-fitness instructor and an ACE certified personal trainer. In addition to all that dance, Shannon enjoys exercising her hardcore side and teaches boot-camp and various sculpt and strength training classes.

      Anastacia Tucker

      Anastacia Tucker

      Anastacia aka "Dutchess" is a native of Chicago's southside, currently residing in the NYC area as an artist. She has studied (and still studying) various forms of dance throughout the years, such as Dunham Technique, African, Modern, Jazz, Ballet, Hip-Hop, Dancehall, Afrobeat, Bellydancing, and Latin Dancing. Anastacia has performed and choreographed for various productions. She is passionate about dance and fitness and wants every person who walks into her class to most have fun, feel safe and be comfortable.
