The 92NY Residence
is a unique social, cultural, and recreational student housing center
for students, interns, and young professionals from around the world,
where they can live for 30 days or more on Manhattan's Upper East Side.
We have single- and double-bed furnished rooms with linens; WiFi;
communal kitchens, lounges, and bathrooms; laundry facilities; full-time
cleaning and maintenance staff; all utilities; and 24-7 professional
security personnel. Also included is full membership in our
well-equipped health club.
Without even leaving the
building, residents enjoy top-notch programs featuring world-class
celebrities and great minds in fields ranging from film to fashion,
politics, journalism, poetry, and literature. Residents can also partake
in an impressive array of art, dance, and music classes and workshops,
all discounted for residents. Exclusive social events are organized for
residents at the 92NY Residence and throughout the five boroughs to build
their community and elevate their New York experience. Our dedicated
staff are committed to ensuring that all residents are provided with the

professional goals.
