How to Enroll
The deadline to submit an enrollment or waiver form was September 30, 2026. If you are enrolled in the Aetna Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP), you can register for an account on Aetna's website to obtain your insurance card, search for in-network providers, and view your claims and benefits.
Qualifying Life Event Special Enrollment
Students who waive the SHIP and experience an involuntary loss of coverage because of a Qualifying Life Event (QE) during the academic year can enroll in the SHIP for a prorated premium. Contact University Health Plans for enrollment assistance at info@univhealthplans.com or 833.251.1129.
