• Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) is a set of academic standards that students must meet to maintain eligibility for federal financial aid and demonstrate progress toward completing their program of study. SAP standards evaluate factors such as cumulative grade point average (GPA), course completion rate, and the maximum timeframe allowed to complete a degree program. Students are encouraged to review the SAP requirements carefully and monitor their academic progress throughout their enrollment to ensure continued eligibility for federal financial aid.

SAP standards apply only to federal financial aid eligibility and are separate from academic standing statuses, such as Academic Warning and Academic Suspension.
