    Born in Austria and raised in Switzerland and Russia, Clara Fortis is a bilingual interdisciplinary artist. She majored in Art, Media, and Technology with a minor in Fashion Studies at Parsons Paris, spending two years there before an exchange year at Parsons New York, where she refined her sculptural practice. Working primarily in steel, wood, and plaster, Clara’s art explores social dynamics, exclusion, and the need to be heard. Her studies fostered a research-driven approach that delves into psychology and human behavior. Passionate about art that bridges personal and collective identity, she aims to pursue a career creating impactful, thought-provoking work.
