Diplomas are mailed by March 2 for fall graduates, June 30 for spring graduates, and September 30 for summer graduates. International students should allow an additional four to six weeks for delivery.
If you are planning to graduate, please confirm your official mailing address is correct by the deadline; January 31 for fall graduates, May 31 for spring graduates, and August 31 for summer graduates. Please note that if you request a replacement due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for the cost of the replacement.
Replacement Diplomas
If you have lost your original diploma and need a replacement, complete the form for a replacement diploma or certificate.
Replacement diplomas are marked as "Reissued." If you wish to have your diploma sent by FedEx, we can do so at your expense through our express mail service, eShipGlobal. To request this service, please contact us.
Only Parsons noncredit certificates conferred in fall 2020 or earlier can be requested from the Registrar's Office. If your Parsons certificate was conferred in spring 2021 or later, please contact Continuing and Professional Education for help getting your certificate.
CeCredentials
The New School now automatically provides certified electronic credentials (also known as CeDiplomas and CeCertificates), starting with summer 2018 graduates.
If you graduated before August 2018 and would like to purchase a CeCredential, please complete the request for a replacement diploma or certificate.
