    Advising
This project’s main purpose was to create and find new perspectives on sustainability to overcome the concept of “green washing.” By following user-centric design methodologies, I developed a concept to reduce solid waste in the city by visualizing it in positive means. In other words, the person who leaves their unwanted items on the curbside has the potential to build a network and future relation with the person that picks the item up, using my concept, “Wear It Goes.” But the larger picture was to develop a dialogue and cause people to rethink their perspectives on sustainability. This is accomplished through a graphic story and film. This is the first step in a much larger film project that I will be pursuing after graduation, which will not only provoke discussion, but also create social action from a mass audience.
