    Advising
Design Align is a conflict resolution tool that utilizes systems thinking and storytelling techniques to engage audiences and foster understanding. Conflict usually arises because stakeholders find themselves trapped in a situation in which they are unable to understand the system (or bigger picture). In fact, systems thinking is a complex skill that many people find difficult to master. Through workshops, interviews and other techniques, Design Align collects stories representing individual perspectives surrounding a conflict; maps the conflict based on these subjectivities; and translates these findings into stories that will inspire better future scenarios of resolving conflict.
