    Thias has combined an arts and business background to develop a consulting and teaching career focused on supporting start-up businesses and students in creative disciplines.

    From 2009 to 2014 he was the co-founder and co-director of the University of London’s pioneering Centre for Creative Collaboration which advised, supported and mentored early stage businesses in the creative industries. 

    Previously, he co-founded a consulting company with a focus on innovation, collaboration, knowledge transfer and entrepreneurialism. Prior to this he was a Partner at the international strategy consulting firm LEK Consulting where his work focused on financial and business analysis, helping clients develop business strategies and innovation processes. Thias began his career in investment banking, specialising in Mergers & Acquisitions at Merrill Lynch.
