Paraskevi Fanou is an architect and researcher. She is currently a PH.D. candidate at the National Technical University of Athens, Greece, as a scholar of the Onassis Foundation. Her research focuses on exploring architecture, not as a static condition, but as a constant transformation as the users perform in spaces through time and create narratives. She holds a Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University of New York, where she won the William Kinne Award. She has taken part in many international conferences and lectured in various universities such as Columbia University, Harvard GSD and the Cooper Union School of Architecture. She is the co-founder of the Greek Institute of Architects in New York, where she serves as a member of the executive committee and the curatorial team.
