    Narissa is passionate about human-centered design and its connection to building a brand, storytelling, product design, new companies and innovation. Focus is in foundational user research and design strategy. Work experiences include Deutsche Bank, Atlas Peak Capital, First Republic Bank, Silicon Valley Bank and Verily (formerly Google Life Sciences).

    Primary Skills include: Advertising Research, Persona Development, Customer Journey Map Development, One on One Interviews, Focus Groups, Ethnographic Research, Ideation Workshops, Survey Development, Prototype Testing, Concept Testing, Synthesis, Content Production, Content Strategy, Content Calendar Project Management, Brand Strategy, Video Content.
