Esme González Pillado is passionate about ideas and understanding how they become real and sustainable businesses. Her interests are at the intersection between creativity, business and people. Esme thinks we should all consider ourselves designers and empower our ability to iterate and improve whatever we do by exercising our empathy, collaboration and creativity. She has over 15 years of experience working in brand and innovation consultancies based out of Mexico City, Paris, Barcelona, Washington DC and now NYC. She has proven track record in leveraging insights to create successful businesses models, brands and marketing campaigns. She has experience working for Fortune 500 companies, start-ups and instituions such as Nesté, Colgate-Palmolive, Unilever, Puig, Dermofarm, Danone, The World Bank, NFWF and many others. Today, Esme works at Creative and shares her passion for theories and tools about the business of design, branding and marketing at Parsons School of Design.
