    Daniel Penny

    Profile

    Daniel Penny is a journalist and critic with an MFA in creative nonfiction from Columbia University. He lives in Brooklyn, and writes about art, design, fashion, books, technology, and more. He publishes regularly at The New Yorker online, GQ, The Paris Review, Boston Review, frieze, and elsewhere. He is also a former member of the editorial staff at The New Yorker. When Daniel is not working on his own projects, he teaches creative writing, visual culture, and criticism. Currently, he is writing a manuscript of personal and critical essays.
