    Richard Beenen

    Profile

    Richard Beenen is an artist / photographer with extensive teaching experience at numerous institutions including The Museum of Modern Art, NYC, Parsons The New School for Design, and Pratt Institute. Richard's fine art work has been exhibited at numerous galleries and museums including the Museo D'Arte Contemporanea Roma, White Columns/NYC, and the Los Angeles County Art Museum. He has received artist fellowships from the National Endowment of the Arts, the Pollack Krasner Foundation, the Adolph and Esther Gottlieb Foundation, and the New York Foundation for the Arts. As a commercial photographer Richard Beenen has over fifteen years of professional experience specializing in large format high-end still life. Richard's work has been featured in Esquire, Gentleman's Quarterly, Details, and Newsweek, among other magazines. His advertising and corporate clients have included Disney Company, Sotheby's, Saks Fifth Avenue Brogan Tennyson Group, Delta Airlines, and Abrams Books.
