• The key to successful recruiting is a strong campus presence. Developing a campus presence is best achieved through an integrated approach involving a range of activities. In addition to posting jobs online and meeting top-notch candidates through internship/career fairs, consider traditional and new ways to make your organization attractive to New School students.

    Internship and Job Board

All employers have access to our internship and job board, the Village—Careers, which is the best way to get the word out to New School students and alumni. Register your company to post positions.

Employers who have previously had an account with The New School can access it by using the "Forget Password" link and entering the same email address on your account. Note that you will need to reset your password as a security precaution, as we have recently changed career systems.

New employers who have not previously had an account with The New School can sign up here. Note that your account will be in a pending state until approved by Career Services. While your account is in a pending state, you can submit job postings; these will also remain in a pending state until both your account and the job postings are both approved.
