• Psychology (Minor)

  • Overview

The Psychology minor is offered through Eugene Lang College of Liberal Arts.

This curriculum introduces students to the history and scope of psychological inquiry, helps them acquire a basic understanding of the scientific method and its application to psychological research, and trains them to critically evaluate and discuss psychology texts. Learn more about the Psychology program.

    Curriculum

The minor in Psychology requires the completion of the following five courses:

    • ULEC 2160 Introduction to Psychology
    • Two LPSY fundamentals courses (2000 level)
    • Two additional LPSY courses at the 3000 level or higher

Students must receive a grade of C or better in all courses taken to fulfill the minor. See the university course catalog for Spring 2020 Psychology courses that fulfill these requirements.
