  • Learn to Design the Future of Your World

    Parsons School of Design

Like all of the systems that shape our world, economics is the product of design. Koray Caliskan, a social scientist and associate professor of strategic design and management at Parsons School of Design, uses the tools of design research to explore the impact of cryptocurrencies—or data money—on economies around the world.

At Parsons, students come to understand the ways in which design can help us analyze complex systems like economies and redesign new strategies to create efficiencies, promote sustainability, and bring about a more just system for all.
