    Mind For Food
According to the USDA, Food waste is estimated at 30% of the food supply. From my user research, almost all the people I interviewed have experiences with having to throw away food because they forgot or bought too much for small a quantity need. Although there are different apps that cater to different aspects of the grocery shopping experience or address the food waste issue, there is a lack of apps that focus on accommodating all aspects of a healthy diet, sustainable behavior, and organization. This app supports users through the full circle of pre-grocery planning and recipe searching to reminders of about- to- expire ingredients with recipe suggestion.
