    Momentum: Kinaesthetic Clothing
As a multisport athlete, I am interested in exploring bodily awareness or what is also known as proprioception. The goal of my project is to give feedback for chain-of-motion movements in order to better understand that the body is a coordinated system instead of singular joints and muscles. The final model utilizes a variety of materials to provide visual and visceral feedback, two of the most important feedback loops tied to our senses of movement and position in space. I envision this as the first part of an eventual system of products that would help to educate and encourage healthier biomechanics.
