    Drawn to nature: Garden in the midst of concrete jungle
    My design focuses on a healthy workspace and promotes good mental and physical health. Through interior design it alleviates depression and engages movement to prevent a sedentary lifestyle. Humans are made to move and wired to go and be outside. Bringing nature inside the workplace engenders calmness and reduces stress.
