    Mindbook
Mindbook is an app that provides an informative platform of mental health resources both on- and off-campus, including daily mental self-care methods and mental health education for college students, faculty, and alumni. College mental health was already a severe issue before the pandemic, and it’s worse now. After conducting research, I identified three major problems: (1) Students don’t know what’s happening when negative emotions come to them. (2) They don’t know how and where to seek help. (3) Many students are not willing to ask for help for complex reasons. The Mindbook app is designed to help students recognize when they need help, encourage them to ask for it, and find it in a quick and low-stress way.
