    For many urban dwellers, natural light is merely an element to illuminate space. We are disconnected from our natural environments and circadian rhythms. From river to river, along the east-west grid line of Twenty-third Street, a sequence of programmed spaces is designed to provide opportunities for re-discovery of city light in diurnal, nocturnal and seasonal time.  See more on issuu .
