    Advising
2022 is an urban development project that intends to enrich the diverse character of Canal Street in New York, which is prone to flooding during storms, by changing the perception of water from a problem into a resource that is truly related to life. I propose a design intervention that stores and releases water in different seasons into street gutters, public fountains, ponds and trenches. These new water features create a network of surfaces and spaces that can be programmed by artists and everyday residents.
