    Advising

'Colorflow' is a vibrant recycling of the nearly forgotten stretch of existing rail line in Brooklyn commonly referred to as the X-Line. This project seeks to transform the X-Line into a multi-use space for pedestrians, cyclists, vendors, water, and light rail flow. These threads of movement interact with each other and their surroundings, forming a flux of vibrant linear shapes, which represent the types of movement created along the enclaves of the neighborhoods they cross.

Yellow represents light rail; orange represents pedestrian and cyclist movement; red represents vendor and merchant space; and blue represents the presence of water. Each fragment expands and contracts in response to the landscape and reorganizes itself to serve varying functions.
