    Taylor Uchytil

    Profile

    A recent graduate of Parsons AAS Fashion Marketing and Communication program, Taylor has managed and produced back-of-house for over 20 NYFW shows. Additionally, she has provided creative direction and show calling for Kate Barton, Grace Ling, Elena Velez, Willy Chavarria, LaQuan Smith, PH5 and Parsons School of Design MFA Fashion Design and Society. Working as a Talent Manager with INCA Productions, a London-based, luxury boutique agency, her events have included Bloomingdale’s 150th x Harper’s Bazaar Icons, Moët & Chandon Holiday Celebration and Breitling VIP Flagship Grand Opening on Madison Avenue.

    Taylor is Agai Dicutta Walker River Paiute (Northern Nevada) and her art practice consists of weaving with willows and her signature style of beading. She reimagines traditional Paiute handcraft into fashion. Her work is evidence that Native practices are relevant and innovative, while preserving cultural knowledge for the next generation.
