    Shani Carter

    Profile

    Shani Carter’s journey has been everything but linear. She is a multifaceted entrepreneur, certified mindfulness instructor, marketer, creative project manager and lecturer with over 15 years of experience. Her resourceful, dynamic and polished persona has transformed countless entertainment, creative and retail spaces. Shani proudly assists media companies, creative agencies, small businesses, music labels and entrepreneurs in dominating their marketing strategies and leading full-spectrum creative projects. She has worked with some of the world's leading brands, including Amazon, MGM Studios, Showtime Networks, Def Jam Recordings, Okayplayer, NBC Sports, and Uniqlo, to name a few.

    Shani graduated from the esteemed HBCU Texas Southern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and a Masters in Business Administration. She earned her Mindfulness Instructor Certification from MNDFL’s wisdom-rooted, evidence-based, and expert-designed training program. Shani is a proud alum of the T-Howard Foundation, where she now enjoys mentoring other up-and-coming marketers, entrepreneurs, and creatives.

    Shani is not only defined by her career accomplishments. She is a devoted and conscious mother, sister, manifester, spiritual warrior and world explorer. Her personal motto, "Nothing is perfect. Everything is beautiful", reminds her to find joy and gratitude in all corners of life and help others do the same.
