    Nora Heilmann

    Profile

    Nora Heilmann is an interdisciplinary artist and educator. They teach circular thinking and sustainability through artistic process at Parsons School of Design. Nora's teaching practice centers on engaged pedagogy, critical thinking, student agency, and collective knowledge sharing. Together with the student community, they explore how to cultivate environments and practices of mutual care and repair amidst the climate crisis. Nora studied performance art at the School for New Dance Development in Amsterdam, urban farming and social justice at Farm School NYC, and is currently a student of environmental, global, and capitalism studies at The New School.
