Molly Ragan is a researcher, educator, and labor organizer who has been teaching organizational leadership, strategy, and change at Parsons School of Design since 2022. From managing a music venue to organizing labor unions and everything in between, Ragan has developed a passion for people, processes, and systems. She is particularly interested in the mechanics of workplace democracy, archiving the capitalist experience, and developing strategies for social change. Ragan is currently cataloguing the built environment with her new project, whatdoyousee.nyc.
