Manuel seamlessly blends strategic design with a passion for UX research and teaching. With over 15 years of experience, he offers a multi-focal view of design encompassing products, services, and experiences, deeply rooted in understanding people’s motivations and behaviors. In 2014, Manuel became a member of the founding team for Round Feather Inc., driving the development of its human-centered innovation methodology, Design for Happiness. Under his leadership, the company grew exponentially, expanding its workforce, capabilities, and global footprint. As UX Research Practice Lead, he directed major strategic projects for top-tier clients like Meta, Google, and Salesforce. Academically, Manuel began teaching immediately after earning his Industrial Design degree from the National University of Córdoba, Argentina. He later became a Full Professor at the Universidad Nacional del Litoral, where he taught for nine years and led the Future Strategic Design Postgraduate Course. His expertise has also led him to guest lectures at prestigious universities worldwide.
