Product Design Strategy Expert (Digital)
Balancing strategic business needs with gaps in human behavioral needs, I help organizations transform their digital products into usable and meaningful experiences that have strategic impact for their success. I specifically excel around the intersection of Design and Technology, leading stakeholders and teams towards defining and meeting their strategic objectives, while leading them through the co-creative design process, and applying Design Thinking methods for extracting value. With strong emphasis on triangulating various research findings from collected quantitative and qualitative data, I focus on strategic storytelling to engage teams in understanding user needs, ideating ways to address their pain points, and in prototyping experiences for measurable and effective awareness, adoption, and conversion. With experience in large global companies (like McKinsey, Intuit Mailchimp, and Pearson), I currently teach Capstone courses at the BBA program here at Parsons.
