    Isabel Urbina Pena

    Profile

    Isabel Urbina Peña is an Art Director and multidisciplinary artist from Venezuela based in Brooklyn, NY. Her work spans across mediums and mainly revolves around letters and books.


    She has worked for publishers (Penguin Random House, Hachette, Harper Collins),  museums (American Museum of Natural History, Smithsonian Museums, The New York Historical Society), media (The New York Times, L.A. Times, Refinery 29, Buzzfeed), and tech (Apple, Etsy, Skillshare).


    Her work has been recognized by The New York Times (Best Book Covers) and AIGA (50 Books | 50 Covers), PRINT Magazine (New Visual Artist: 15 under 30) and she is a Type@Cooper Extended graduate.
