    Hannah McCandless

    Profile

    Hannah is an organization and strategy designer. She has a background in the international development and humanitarian industries and spent her early career living and working in East Africa. Hannah's practice examines the design of conditions within changemaking organizations. She is particularly interested in how the design of seemingly everyday things at work (meetings, spreadsheets, management tools) are powerful devices that are shaped by and in turn shape the culture of organizations and the worlds they operate in. Hannah is currently Chief of Staff at Village Enterprise. She holds a Bachelors of Arts in International Development from Ohio State University and a Masters in Transdisciplinary Design from the Parsons School of Design.
