1941: Born in France.
1962-1969: Art education in school for the applied arts in Beaune, France. Illustration and graphic design for advertisisng.
1062-1969: Worked in ad agencies in Paris as a graphic designer.
1969: Becomes an illustrator with a portfolio of 12 illustrations, published in New York Magazine (Aug. 1969). Art director: Milton Glaser.
Published in American magazines and newspapers: Redbook, McCall's, Vogue, Time, Life, Newsweek, Fortune, Playboy, Glamour, The Oprah Magazine, The Reader Digest, Psychology Today, The New Yorker, The Boston Globe, The New York Times, The Wall Street Jurnal, The Los Angeles Times, etc.
1982-2006: Regular four-color feature, every other month, in The Atlantic Monthly, with total editorial freedom. Art director: Judy Garlan.
2001-2011: Illustrates the articles of Seymour Hersh about the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, in The New Yorker. Art director: Chris Curry.
