    Chris Rypkema

    Profile

    Chris Rypkema lives and works in New York. He is particularly interested in found narratives, or narratives constructed by chance from found materials. In addition to his independent work, Chris frequently collaborates with writers, photographers and artists developing identities, publications, websites, exhibitions, videos and sound. He has collaborated with the Museum of Modern Art, Yale University Art Gallery, Wkshps, Linked by Air and 2x4, served as a critic at Columbia GSAPP, and taught at the School of Visual Arts and Rutgers University. He holds an MFA from Yale.
