    Chad Groshart

    Profile

    Chad Groshart, IALD, LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, WELL Faculty is an Associate Director and Global Lighting Practice Leader with Atelier Ten, an international Environmental design consulting firm.  Mr. Groshart, has extensive experience with high performance lighting design for healthcare and institutional projects both in the US and overseas. He is a professional member of the International Association of Lighting Designers, Illuminating Engineering Society of North America and.  Chad is also an Voting member of the ASHRAE/ IES 90.1 committee.   He holds a Masters in Architectural Lighting Design from Parson’s the New School for Design in New York and is an adjunct instructor in that program.

    In 2016, 2017 (and soon in  May2011) Chad donated, delivered and installed solar lighting systems in rural Haiti with six of his Parson's grad students.

    Chad has been involved with the WELL Standard since 2014 He has been a peer reviewer, a WELL AP test question writer and is currently WELL Faculty.   His project experience includes a WELL Platinum/LEED V4 Platinum office building in New York City, and several large WELL Silver projects on the West Coast.
