Carrie Neal

Profile

Carrie E. Neal (they/them) is an educator, administrator, and artist with over 25 years of experience working with schools, small businesses, and nonprofits. As a facilitator and coach, Carrie supports individuals and teams through curriculum development, organizational change, and equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) work. They’ve led workshops, designed learning experiences, and supported leadership development for students, faculty, community members, and administrators at local, national, and international levels.   Carrie brings a unique blend of creativity and strategy to their work, drawing from training in design thinking, facilitation, social justice, and education. They’re passionate about connecting ideas across disciplines and helping people move from insight to action. Whether working one-on-one or with a team, Carrie is committed to building thoughtful, inclusive, and forward-thinking plans that support growth and meaningful change.
