    Carrie's career has been multifaceted. She has been working for the last 23 years in a variety of roles, and contexts, with schools, small companies, large institutions, NGOs, and creative enterprises. 
    Carrie's career in higher education has included teaching, student advising, faculty affairs, curriculum and co-curricular design and coordination, crisis management and wellness education. Carrie has a background in multimedia theater and design, and ten years in higher education administration.
    As a artist and theater-maker, Carrie’s work spans multiple disciplines. Her work includes book, video, and multimedia/ immersive theater. And as a teacher, she finds herself in synthesis and application classes, facilitating thinking classes with making outputs.
    Carrie approaches teaching as an integral thinker, making connections between diverse fields of study, and finds ways to connect the ethereal with the practical. She brings her interest in design thinking, strategic analysis, facilitation, social justice, and wellness to every project she works on.
