    Requests must be submitted 4 weeks prior to the date requested. The New School requires a 4-hour minimum for all venue leases. Please provide a full description of the event including set up time, brief schedule, number of rooms needed, VIP needs, etc. See our Leasing Policies for more information. Please note - we do not permit external organizations to conduct any commercial activity or fundraising on campus.

    This form is to be completed by or on behalf of external organizations interested in renting space at The New School. Faculty members should contact their department for events related to their academic work. Students should contact  The Office of Student Development and Activities for student-related events.
