• Eligibility and Requirements

The Impact Entrepreneurship Fellowship seeks to address issues of inclusion and diversity within the impact entrepreneurship sector. We are committed to addressing a lack of representation of members of minority groups and people from particular U.S. geographical locations among matriculated graduate students at The New School.

    • Be committed to promoting positive change through entrepreneurship
    • Have been admitted to a participating master's degree program at The New School in fall 2018 (see the list of participating programs below)

Priority selection will be given to individuals who:

    • Are committed to building venture(s) in the United States and/or have strong affiliations with U.S. community-based organizations and projects
    • Are members of minority groups that are underrepresented in regard to entrepreneurship participation in the U.S. economy
    • Have faced financial constraints, socioeconomic barriers, or other related challenges that have limited their potential as entrepreneurs
