The New School’s Organizational Development team serves as a strategic partner with the university community, facilitating learning, growth, and engagement experiences that inspire and nurture staff personally and professionally.  We offer customized support, programs, and initiatives and foster continuous learning in individuals and teams that align with the strategic goals of the university. Organizational Development is committed to building a community in which all staff feel respected, have a sense of belonging, and are able to participate to their fullest potential.
