Current Students

On-campus housing is available to current students at The New School. The Housing Application will be available on the Housing Portal on February 4, 2026.

For the 2026–2027 academic year, 301 Residence Hall will be the home for current students. Although on-campus space may be limited, the university will guarantee housing for any current student who submits their housing application by the priority deadline, on March 20 at 12:00 noon. If you're considering off-campus options, we encourage you to view our Off-Campus Housing page for information on our preferred partners.
